spyware "Search the Web"

My PC has a new a toobar in IE Explorer just below address bar with icons: search, home business,work from home, website design, internet business,.... I click it and the homepage is lop.com (Search the Web). It must be a spyware. But I can not detect it with spybot and ad-aware. I also can not find it from "program files". How to delete them? Please help me. Thank you very mcuh.
I hate spyware. Is there any good way to keep them away from PC?
