help: english system of XP

I'm now using a computer. The system is XP english.
However, under many occations, Chinese can not be displayed.
eg. the title of each windows, the instellation process of many chinese softwares. Even when I use QQ, I can not see what the other person says.

Who can help me? Thank you!
