肯请各位帮忙

我的电脑这两天突然出现问题，开机运行半小时左右总是自动关机，重新启动后，运行不到半小时，又是自动关掉。我试着扫描病毒，但总是没等扫完就关机了，不知道是何原因？是不是感染病毒了？应该如何处理呢？请各位帮忙，万分感谢！
