我的索尼笔记本这两天自己关机好几次了，

都是我正操作时突然黑屏关机，用word写的文件都没来得及保存，呜呜呜！

请问都有那些情况会导致突然关机呢？是索尼GRZ630，XP，谢谢答疑！
