紧急求救硬盘格式化后重启却显示“disk read erro

DELL dimension，用光盘启动重装WINDOWS 2000，FORMAT AND PARTITION 过程很好，但是安装完毕重新启动却总是显示

”a disk read error occured

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart“

如何解决？多谢！！！！！！
