求各位能人帮忙杀毒!

从前天开始我的电脑一直出现诸如:你的电脑已经中毒下载此软件杀毒,我信以为真就去所示地址下载安装(其网上注目免费),但用它扫描电脑却一无所获,接着软件指示要付钱才能得到正版.这时才知道是某网站的花招,就把它删除了.没想到那条信息不断出现,而且变换各种网址.请有经验的高手帮忙解决这个问题.不胜感激!
