Trojan Virus...Please Help!!!!

My laptop had been very weird these days, so I had a online virus scan. (housecall.antivuris.com) I found that my laptop is infected by a Trojan virus, and the scanning software kept telling me to reboot my computer in order to clean the virus. I do not know if reboot means restart. Can anyone please help me with killing this virus?Thank you so much!!!
