if you want ibm refurbished one, you should buy T series such as T21, T22, T23 for low budget.
For example check www.ecost.com and http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=696143&sourceid=qIpcQPXIqzQnAcHW9vKM&siteid=0029480694&CMP=AFC-AFFIL&sku=M975-3008 and many many. You should be able to get a lower price.
