I need help

I've been have pop-up ad problem for last couple months. I follow the instructions from Norton about how to get rid of Ncase, ezul from Regedit, but the pup-up is still there. I don't know what else I need to do. There is "wnsapisa not respond"always in my taskmanager. Thank you.
