有关动态IP的问题.

我家里是用PAC BELL的YAHOO SBC DSL上网, 那天打电话问了, 他们是用动态IP. 于是我就做了个实验, 昨天和今天都查看了WAN端的IP, 发现却是一样的, 请问如何解释? 谢谢.
