Win XP,Prof, 进行System restore

的时候电源断了，后来重新开机，开机正常，但系统找不到光驱，很多program 不工作，也无法进行system restore 。

请问怎样才能让机器重新找到光驱，以便重新安装系统？

能否直接格式化硬盘然后重装系统？怎么操作？
