GGJJ: help!

I just get a new Window xp. after setting encoding, I can read Chinese, but in the "favorits" part and on the title bar, all Chinese shows up as unreadable marks. for the for other applications like "words" are same: can read in main window, but tool bar are wrong display. Please help me out. thanks.
