HELP! Problem after DSL

I started to use Yahoo DSL service two months ago. About one month ago, my computer started to get slower and slower. Now it freezes almost every day. I used the latest Norton AntiVirus but it could not detect any virus. I also downloaded Window 2000 service pack but it's no help either.

Hope I can get some suggestions from experts or someone had the same problem.
