当我重新运行linux installation, i can see all partitions, but i can't delete it. the Linux partition is clearly shown as Linux partition. yes, you are right, it should have shown as non-dos in FDISK, but actually it didn't.

originally, the whole HD is seperated into 2, one for primary DOS, another for DOS-ext, then i used a part of the EXT as logical for win98, the rest is for linux. but now i can only see the primary and the part given to DOS, not the part for Linux on FDISK. and nothing is shown as non-dos. any other way to delete the partition?
