Alternatively, you may use EOvideo and convert the RMVB to mpeg1 (VCD format). In any case, the conversion and enconding processing will take a several hours. What cpu and motherboard are you using? If you're using a motherboard that supports AMD Athlon, then you should consider upgrade the CPU to XP 2000+ for $50. It's stupid to waste hours and hours on converting video when you can just put down $50 to buy a new processor which will allow you to see the video.
