Am I banned?

I tried to answer the Lexpps.exe question three times, posting went through, but the result never show up.

Am I banned or a bug? If I am banned or filtered, it would be nice to let me know what's the policy in this forums. I respect what everyone serve this board here. I will follow any rules here, but I need clear explanation on what not to do.
