what is lexpps.exe?

我的c/windows/system/里面有个lexpps.exe, 一直要用网络,有时自己会开然后电脑变得很慢,我用网络软件把他封了,但是还会自己开启,我也不敢删掉. 各位大虾帮帮忙,他是sypware 还是windows 的应用程序???该不该删??怎么办呢???
