屏幕滚动很慢, 求教

我最近在我的labtop 重新安装了win XP 系统, 不料当我使用诸如word, IE , adobe acrobat 软件时, 我试着拉scroll bar时, 屏幕滚动很慢,拉动scroll bar 一次, 屏幕涮新一次,拉动scroll bar 几次, 屏幕就涮新几次, 让人心烦. 其他倒是正常. 请GDJM 帮忙出个主意.谢谢了.
