Nothing to do with Cookies

Start -> Settings -> Taskbar & start menu -> Advanced -> To remove records of recently accessed documents, programs, websites, click Clear -> Clear. Done!

Open IE, click on the "History" icon on the tools bar, delete all the history websites.
