You need a market research...

You need to check what kind of job avaiable, and how meaningful your certificate is, especially
1) how many people already have that certificate?
2) does this certificate put you in par with other people with soem experience?
3) is it possible for your to practise on that subject? for example, if you can setup the evironemnt at your home and try it? otherwise, if it requires multi-millions systems, the employee might not trust you anyway.
