硬盘C:为何无法格式化 ?

最近被"广告"发疯般的轰炸,决定彻底清扫一下.
可这硬盘C:就是无法格式化.
我是如下操作的:
Start-->Run-->format c:
结果如下:
Proceed with Format ? y
Drive C: is currently in use by another process.
Aborting Format.

我只有C盘,没分区,也不会.
关闭了所有软件,且重新启动了,还是不行.
请专家指教,多谢!
