误删了文件

我每次试图打开IE浏览器，总出现Application Error:“The execption unknow software exception(0xc06d0076) occurred in the application at location 087c57e592"，点击OK，机器变成蓝屏死掉。我想可能是我从Norton Antivirus误删了文件。
wininet.exe ( C:\WINNT\system\);
olehelp.exe (C:\WINNT\system32\);
dlm.html (C:\WINNT\);
reg33.exe (C:\WINNT\)
我没有备份，该怎样恢复？必须重装WIN2000吗？试图 copy from other Win2000, but cannot find them.
