see if that does the trick. If not, then hook up your hard drive as the primary master drive on another computer system. If it fails to boot, then most likely your hard drive has some problem. In this case, you should hook up your hard drive as the secondary drive on a working system and retrieve all valuable data. Then you can reformat and reinstall the OS. If the hard drive is unreadable, then you can do a low-level format on it. If none of the aforementioned apply to your case, then your motherboard has a problem. Either it has a bio corruption or a blown capacitator. You can either reflash the bio for $10 or attempt a floppy reflash which only works on certain system. If your computer has a blown cpacitator, you should be able to see the faulty capacitator. In this case, you best option is just go buy a new motherboard.
