virus is killing my computer

desperately need any computer expert to help me:
my computer is eaten up by some files like sysconf.exe and Winampa.exe. my CPU is farely full any time I access the internet. I try to format the computer but no use. My friend said my I.P address is detected by virus. I am really no good at using computer. is there any computer expert can help me out. I really appreciate your help
