请教：英文Win2K以及WinXP下，用什么中文平台比较好

最重要的是哪能下载。

要在英文Win2K下装一个中文程序，以及中文输入等，什么
中文平台比较好？

原来Win98下用RichWin2000比较好，但我找不到
在NT下可用的RichWin2000，哪位知道哪能下载？
