Realplay problem

I updated my realplay yesterday. But the last stage, it gave me an error message. So I uninstalled updated
realplay, and delete the real folder under programs. After that, I tried to install my old version, but the
problem remains there."The instruction at 0x77f58ddf" referenced memory at "0x614e9516"". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program." Anybody knows any resolution? Thanks.
