装WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL遇到问题如下

重新启动后出现:
请选择需要启动的操作系统
MICROSOFT　ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳＸＰＨＯＭＥ　ＥＤＩＴＩＯＮ
ＭＩＣＲＯＳＯＦＴＷＩＮＤＯＷＳＲＥＣＯＶＥＲＹＣＯＮＳＯＬＥ
ＭＩＣＲＯＳＯＦＴＷＩＮＤＯＷＳXPPROFESSIONALＳＥＴＵＰ
然后我选择第三个，进入之后不久就出现

我的电脑是ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ　ＸＰ　ＨＯＭＥ　ＥＤＩＴＩＯＮ，然后Ｃ盘是ＮＴＦＳ，Ｄ盘是备份盘是ＦＡＴ３２，里面全部是系统恢复文件．我已经把Ｄ盘复制到Ｃ盘了，Ｄ盘可以格式化，但是Ｃ盘不能格式化，我可以格式化Ｄ盘吗，如果有必要的话？？

请教大侠我该怎么办啊？？谢谢了．
