为什么我的电源不能正常工作？急求原因

我现在使用一台戴尔５００Ｍ的笔记本（中国造）。　但自从到新加坡后，电脑开始显示“Ac adaptor cannot be determined which therefore affects optimal performance" （交流电源不可确定）
