can't go online after fxsasser

Hello! My desktop got attacked by sasser on Sunday, I
use fxsasser tool from Norton to fix it. On Monday, the virus came again, I run fxsasser again and it deleted 339 infected files. Then I plugged the ethernet cable in, can't open any webpage. The network connections showed that LAN is enabled the speed is 10M but usually it is 100M. And IP address can't renew.So it is indicated I connected to LAN, but I am offline anyway.
anyone can help me, thank you very much! Somebody said I could be blocked by the campus firewall, then if that's the problem, how can I fix it? Xs again.
