Help please, CPU usage @ 100%

HH please help. Everytime I turn on the PC, two programs are always running to take the CPU usage to 100%. These are avserve.exe and avserve2.exe.

I will have to stop these two using task manager before doing anything. How do I permemently remove those two programs please?
