在线求助:win98启动时开始画面出现乱码.

win98启动时开始画面出现乱码.曾经有一次是能看清楚文字,似乎是文件cnsminkp.vxd和文件ndiswan.vxd找不见了,需要把跟他相关的程序卸载.但我不知道到底是那个程序.
按回车也能正常进入98,当前面的乱码看的很不舒服.怎么能把它消除了?
