Take Office XP for example,
1. Press Tool (T).
2. Select and press Language (L).
3. Select and press "Zhong Wen Zhuan Huan"(N).
A box will show out, you can either choose TC to SC or SC to TC. Then press OK. The text will be changed.
As for Office 2000, there is a Chinese character "Fan" or "Jian" on the tool bar, after highlight the text, you simply press the character, and the text will be changed.
