发现病毒却无法 CLEANED OR QUARANTINED

PC-cillin在_RESTORE\TEMP里检测到6个CPY文件分别有TROJ_SPOONER.A和VBS_INOR.N病毒,但无法CLEANED OR QUARANTINED.请教该怎末办?有没有更好的杀这种病毒的软件?
