我的笔记本光驱只读DVD不读CD,如何解决？

各位高手，我的东芝1800本本光驱现在只读DVD,不读光驱，我查了资料好像是COMBO光驱有2个光头，读CD的那个坏了。 我现在要重装系统，能不能把原厂附带的恢复光盘刻成DVD然后重装。问题是我不知道怎样把数据光盘刻成DVD并且能成功重装系统，各位有何高见？ 谢了！
