我的电脑被hacked了，请高手帮忙

我昨天去了一个yahoo聊天室，突然间被装了很多乱七八糟的programs,都是些广告，好像是从allaboutadvertising.com过来的。我当场关机。可是已经来不及了。很多programs已经被装上去了。

我后来run了spybot,消除了大部分，可是还有一些留下来了。比如我的IE 上的home page，每次重新start时总是被改。IE 上面的toolbar被加了一行，是他们的search option,不知道怎么去掉。实在没有办法，只能uninstall，然后再重新install.

但是，最让我烦恼的是，我电脑的最下面的status bar总是一闪一闪，大概一秒钟闪一次，我怕他们有办法偷取我的information,比如股票帐户的information.我改怎么办呢?
