WinXp died in sleep mode

After one day I let my laptop in the sleeping mode, WinXp can't start. I tried all option in the start option, like safe mode, last working configeration, no one can start after copy sth. I have no emergency disk and no back-up my harddisk either. I'grateful if who can tell me how to deal with except reinstall ( I have all data on C drive).
