Unlunky is right,if u want to

fix it, then open the laptop case to replace hard drive.
Get another hard-drive to see whether it is the hard drive failure.
Make sure you get the right place to locate hard drive.
Some laptops do not need to open the whole case cover.

However,if you know how to open,it is very easy.

If you are really unfamiliar with this model,go to download a pdf graphic manual,etc.
