未能连接windows服务，windows无法连接到组策略客户端服务，此问题阻止标准用户登录。作为管理用户，您可以查看系统事件，了解服务没有响应的详细原因。
 
failed to connect a windows service ,window couldn't connect to the group policy client service ,this problem prevents standard users from sign in.
 As an administrative user you can review the system event long for details about why the service didn't respond.
