这儿是work 的. regedit 后,msmsgs 不会跟 windows 起来.俺不用OE.

真想摆老鸟样的话:
run > gpedit.msc
navigate to admin templates > windows components > windows messenger in both computer config and user config. enable both "do not allow..." and "do not automatically.." in both locations.

tell ppl your os at the first place next time.
