求救!我怎么也remove不了office2000

安装的最后一步不止为什么完成不了,take forever,于是我就想卸掉从装,但从control panel remove,却说是要先完成安装才行("error 1500. another installation is progress. you must complete that installation before continuing this one").于是又继续安装,又继续定在最后一步:finishing (or comleting ) office 2000 setup. 有高手知道是怎么会是麽? 谢谢!
