Try this

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

 

Right-Click on Run and select New -> String Value.

 

In the Value Data box, type MSG * MESSAGE. Change MESSAGE with the message that you want to show.
