偶然拾得一把牛刀，想用来杀鸡，请教：用什么砧板才好？

拾来的牛刀： Server, Dual P4-3.2GHz, 4G Mem, 400G SCSI RAID.

想杀的鸡： 视频编辑，图象处理 (不做服务器)。

可选的砧板： XP Prof., XP 64-bit, Server 2003.

请教：对于上述的鸡，什么砧板才能最大限度发挥牛刀的功能？请各位不吝指教。
