急问，安卓手机上chrome重装导致白屏，怎么办？

手机比较老款，是htc one m7, 因为运行越来越慢，今天把Chrome uninstall然后用IE重装，但每次打开chrome就是白屏，play Store 打开也是白屏，怎么办？
