setup linksys wrv54g vpn

I have the linksys wrv54g router in the office, and I use my laptop at home and dialup connection to connect to the office network. From the linksys router manuel, I know I can do it by setup the windows xp ipsec. But unfortunately, I cannot setup the vpn.

I spend a lot of time try to create the vpn connection. anyone have the experience, how to setup ipsec and the router to create the vpn?
