1. control panel -> Regional and Language Options
2. -> language (it is the second page)
3. -> select "Install files for east asian language".
4. -> In "Text services and input languages" Details...
5. (In the new window)
6. -> (Install services) Add (it will open a new window)
7. -> In "Input language" field: Chinese(PRC)
8. -> In "Keyboard layout/IME" field: Chinese (Simplified) - Pinyin
9. -> OK
10. Repeat step 6 - 9, to add all input method that you want.
11. -> OK (It will return to "Language" page.
12. -> Advanced (it is the third page)
13. -> In "select a language to match the language version of the
" non-Unicode programs you want to use:" select Chinese (PRC)
14. -> In "code page conversion tables" select 20936
15. -> OK
