About Chinese Input

I downloaded MS Global IME 5.02 for Simplified Chinese and installed "successfully." It says like that. But it was not successful at all.

After I reboot my pc, I could see the little blue "En" icon at the right bottom corner of the toolbar. However, when I left click on it, it shows only one option, which is English (United States). Then I tried right click, choose Properties, then Add. Among the whole bunch of foreign languages, I couldn't see the simplified Chinese.

How to input Chinese? help, help, help.... It seems that I had the right software downloaded and installed, why didn't the Chinese Input option show up.

I am realy upset about it.
