从BIOS降Vcore. 有兴趣的可以Google "how to lower CPU core voltage", 网上有更详细的说明。

有兴趣的也可以 Google "how to replace thermal pad with copper shim". It's a lot of work, specially for some laptop. I did it only on one laptop, just for fun.
