i am not interested in intensive training offered by Oracle; the whole training program is complete in 3-5 consecutive days. Instead, I like to take training for 2-3 hours per days, several days a week. thus I have an opportunity to have hands-on before it moves another topic. The program has to be offered by an instructor who is a native Chiense/English speaker since i have some difficulties understanding the instructors from India.
