not know why window 8.1 Shit+Prnt Scrn does not work

I try to capture screen shot by press

 

Shift+ (Prnt Scrn) key, it does not work at all. 

But window XP it works. 

 

Press (Window Sign) + (Prnt Scrn) does not work either. 

 

MSFT ! 

 

Did I set sth wrong?
