你在打印之前，能看到填好的内容吗？如果能看到但是打印不出来，用Adobe Acrobat（非Adobe Reader)打开文件，检查form fields的属性，里面有四个选项：visible, hidden, visible but does not print, hidden but printable. 如果无意中被设置成visible but does not print, 那么你填写的内容就不会被打印出来了。
